Itinerary

Pick up from Nairobi and drive to Masai Mara, a 5 hour drive to the main gate, via the Great African Rift Valley escarpment and the famous Maasai Town, Narok and reach the wonderful countryside of Maasai Mara, the 7th natural wonder of the world. Watch how the savanna plain crash with millions of wildebeests that migrates from Serengeti to Masai Mara for their survival. The great migration which takes place between July and October is a vision beyond belief and during this great migrationthere is an abundance of animal concentration roaming anywhere in search of their food. On the way visit the local Masai community in their village. Check in at Oltome Mara Magic Camp or Crocodile Camp and have lunch. Afternoon game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and other members of the Big five plus other animals. Dinner and overnigh at your hotel.

Early morning game drive and return to your camp for breakfast. After breakfast, full day spent in the park with packed lunch looking for the famous Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo. Lions are especially common here, and have grown relatively accustomed to their twolegged visitors, which makes them easier to spot. The Mara Plains are teeming with wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, impala and Thomson’s gazelle. Cheetahs, hyenas and jackals are also seen regularly in the Reserve. At the Mara River large amounts of hippos and crocodiles are enjoying themselves – the crocodiles are especially happy in early July to end of September when thousands of wildebeest migrate across the river causing a sumptuous feast for the hungry crocodiles. Birdlife in Maasai Mara are abundant and diverse. Species such as eagles, ostriches, storks and vultures are among the more than 50 different birds of prey. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Masai Mara for Lake Naivasha, 5 hour drive to Dovenest Lodge or Burch’s Resort. On arrival you will check in at your hotel and have lunch. Lake Naivasha is part of Great Rift Valley and a clear water lake home for abundant local and migratory
bird species. You can take an hour boat ride along with the magnificent bird species; witness the hippos at close range and plentiful fishes on the fresh clear water. At Cresent Island, you will walk and watch giraffes, zebras, and photograph them at the very close range. Alternatively, go to hell’s
gate for biking safari, walking safari for a close encounter with the game drive without fearing about any predators. Also, see the attractive vistas of the gorge’s small thin depressions and spend some time admiring the beautiful landscape.

Early morning breakfast, check out and leave Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park, 5 hour drive. There will be a stop to view the Great Rift Valley scenery as you proceed for Amboseli National Park which lies at the floor of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will arrive with short game drive, proceeding to Kibo Camp for check in and lunch and a short rest. Later afternoon game drive to one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close, hippos bathing along with a variety of plain game, Cheetah, Buffalo, Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, Lion, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dikdik, esser Kudu, and Nocturnal Porcupine Prolific birdlife features 600 species drive in the park.  Dinner and overnight at your hotel. Early in the morning with the first ray of sun, you can get the great scenic view of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro’s peak in Amboseli.

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast check out with short game en-route drive to Tsavo East National Park, a drive of 5 hours. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species and the famous man eating lions. You will arrive with Game en-route to Ashnil Aruba Lodge . Check in and have lunch. Later afternoon another game drive at the park followed by
dinner and overnight at your hotel

Early morning game drive, return to your lodge for breakfast. After breakfast check out of the park then drive to Mombasa, a 4 hour drive to the City of Mombasa. Arrive during lunch time.
